Usually, we make resolutions on the first day of the new year. Now, it’s time to take better resolutions to make 2024 an amazing one. Happy New Year. We all want to be healthy, wealthy, and successful, but the problem is that we don’t take any action. This is where the 75 Days Challenge comes in. So, I would like to invite everyone to embark on a transformative journey with 10 daily tasks designed to help you become the best version of yourself. Do you want to know what these 10 tasks are? Let’s find out!
First Task: Wake up before sunrise (at 6 AM or 7 AM as per your time zone). Getting up early might not guarantee success, but a significant number of successful people have this habit. Importantly, starting your day early sets the tone for higher productivity and success. While your competitors are still asleep, you can get up early, follow your routine, and get ahead of them. Remember, “If you rest, your fate will also rest.”
Second Task: At least 10 minutes of prayer or meditation in the morning. It is the best way to begin your day. You can also practice meditation if you wish.
Third Task: Prepare daily action plans and visualize your dreams. Successful people often plan their entire day in the morning to enhance productivity. We should also visualize our dreams twice a day: when waking up and before going to bed.
Fourth Task: Healthy eating. It took me 35 years to understand that we should not eat just for the taste but also for the benefits to our body. Focus on a balanced diet and limit unhealthy and junk foods.
Fifth Task: Drink 12 glasses of water in a day. Water is life. It’s time to drink at least 12 glasses of water a day.
Sixth Task: Exercise. Whether it’s walking, running, cycling, or hitting the gym, aim for 30-60 minutes of physical activity. Health is wealth, and we should truly believe in it. We often complain about our health but don’t take action. Let’s aim for a healthy and fit body.
Seventh Task: Read 10 pages daily. Your most admired personality can share a wealth of knowledge through books. Think about it, an author writes a book after years of experiences and research. Why don’t we tap into that knowledge? Bill Gates reads a book in every week, can’t we read a book in a month? Start reading!
Eighth Task: New skill development. In the post-covid-19 era, the world is changing rapidly. We need to learn new skills in technology, software, business dealing, negotiation, public speaking, digital marketing, and analytics. Develop or die!
Ninth Task: Sharpening your existing skills. Along with developing new skills, we need to sharpen our existing ones.
Tenth Task: Daily progress tracking. Take a selfie and capture important moment during the day.
Yes , I believe discipline is everything. More disciplined life , more goals achievement.
