After watching any movie, we do become ‘The Most Reputed Movie Critic.’ How terrible was this movie, man? The acting was absolutely rubbish! The storyline had no substance at all. During Chai Pe Charcha (tea discussions), we even find faults in Virat Kohli, Cristiano Ronaldo, Lionel Messi, and Shah Rukh Khan. We don’t hesitate to criticize the Prime Minister and Chief Minister either. But when was the last time we reviewed ourselves? When did we admit our mistakes? When did we criticize ourselves? Now, it’s time for self-analysis. I have prepared a simple yet effective set of 10 questions for self-reflection to transform our life.
Who am I? Main kaun hoon
The first question we should ask ourself: Who am I?
Main kaun hoon? (Who am I)
Main Shunya hoon, (I am zero)
Main Paribartansheel hoon (I am transformative)
Main Ultrasonography wala pratibimb hoon (I am the reflection of ultrasonography)

This means that who I am today, whatever I am, doesn’t necessarily mean I will remain the same tomorrow. Regardless of the circumstances, we can change ourselves. All it takes is the desire and passion to change.
So, the best version of yourself is still waiting for you.
What do I want to be? Mujhe kya banna hain?
We always lovingly ask a young child, “Dear, what do you want to become when you grow up?” However, when we ourselves grow up, do we ever ask ourselves:
What was I supposed to become?
What have I become?
What do I want to become?
Do we really know what we want to become?

Have I excelled as per my own potential?
We frequently blame Rishabh Pant, Shahid Kapoor, Hrithik Roshan, questioning whether they are not justifying their talent? They are far more talented than their current performance and achievements.
Wherever we are today, whatever we are doing – we should ask ourselves, is this my maximum potential? If not, then understand your potential and start to excel according to your own capabilities.
What is my biggest strength and weakness?
All the big brands like Amazon, Apple, Google, Microsoft, Samsung, Tesla – conduct SWOT analysis. We are also individual brands. Therefore, knowing yourself is the first step towards realizing your dreams. In this competitive world, everyone should conduct a SWOT analysis to become successful.
Understand your strengths that will make you successful and identify those weaknesses that could hinder your success.
What is my biggest fear?
The most dreams shattered in the world are due to the fear of Log Kya Kahenge (WHAT PEOPLE WILL SAY)! My biggest fear has always been public speaking. When I speak in Hindi and English, people can tell that I am Bengali.
Friends have teased me, and interviewers have stopped me, saying, “You have a Mother Tongue Influence problem.” Today, when I am making a video in Hindi for the first time, I was little bit afraid. But today, I don’t care about them. I proudly embrace my imperfections and saying that I am a Proud Bengali! Today, I need your love and encouragement, not criticism. So, please subscribe to my channel, like, and comment. Share this video with your friends, family, and relatives.
I have noticed that most people fear Failure, Rejection, Imperfection, Criticism, Public Speaking, and Change. Whatever fear you may have, accept that nobody is perfect, and you are not an exception. Acknowledge your fears and work on overcoming them.
We shall overcome our fears someday.

• Maintain a work-life balance.
• Spend quality time with family, friends, and relatives.

• Include the right quotient of entertainment.
• Be grateful to God, your parents, and family for whatever you have.
